**Job title: Field Supervisor**

**Work Schedule: 14 days on and 14 days off - 12 hours shift daily**

**Location: Gogama, ON (Côté Gold Site)**

**Job Overview**:
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and directing the Site Services Crew. The Field Supervisor will provide support to the Site Services Coordinator and other departments as required. The main role of the Field Supervisor is to manage and plan the daily tasks that will be performed by the Site Services Crew. The Field Supervisor will respond to any inquiries, work delays, emergencies, and incidents within the Site Services Crew.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Supervise service work, renovations, and new construction for Site Services.
- Oversee the Site Services department, including Labourers, Operators, etc.
- Ensure the Site Services team works in a safe manner.
- Handle inquiries from clients and coordinate with subcontractors as required.
- Manage the daily priorities of the site services team and plan accordingly.
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, incidents, and other problems.
- Address project-related inquiries and ensure tasks are handled in a timely manner.
- Ensure that work is done neatly and the worksite is kept clean.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Education/Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- A valid ticket to operate a grader and other equipment is an asset.
- Valid surface miner common core and completion of specialty modules for equipment is an asset (if hired, this would be required to obtain).
- Experience and valid tickets for operating machinery (i.e., power tools) are an asset.
- G Class Driver’s license with a clean driving record (abstract required).
- Must be conversant with OHSA regulations and comply with the site safety plan and rules.

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
