Remote, Canada CIRRO E-Commerce Full time

This is a full-time remote role for a Logistics Sales Executive at CIRRO E-Commerce. This role is an individual contributor/front line selling role. You will focus on the mid market through enterprise customer segment of brands/sellers and fulfillment companies to drive profitable revenue to CIRRO E-commerce by proactively leveraging your network, channel partners and strategic alliances, and performing outreach for lead generation, subsequent pipeline development, and working converted leads to opportunities through to close. This is a strategic hunter role, and significant drive and desire to connect with and secure business from large volume shippers is required. You will report to the N. American Head of Sales and will be assigned quarterly revenue and closed business targets. You will have input into marketing and pricing strategies and will be expected to significantly contribute to long term growth and development of the CIRRO E-Commerce brand. This is net new business/logo acquisition sales.

**Requirements**:

- 5 Years selling logistics solutions into the mid market & enterprise level space, specifically small parcel B2C
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce shipping solutions, digital platforms, competitive landscape and where the opportunities are in the market
- Executive thought process and understanding of logistics/transportation balance sheet impact to top/bottom line
- Demonstrated track record of marshalling multiple resources towards solutions development and ultimately winning key accounts/new business
- Strong ability and comfort with outbound prospecting and lead generation into the eCommerce market (sellers/fulfillment providers - Director/VP level and above)
- Expertise with revenue plan development, diagnosing gap to goal, and other key sales metrics
- Top performing track record and proven expertise with mid & large account selling
- Consultative selling skills and ability to understand the challenges of customers, build appropriate solutions and articulate the value and how it addresses customer needs
- Experience and comfort with onboarding/implementation processes to ensure smooth launch of new business (working with cross functional teams such as IT, operations, finance, legal etc)
- Ability to understand and leverage data in building appropriate solutions
- Strong presentation skills and experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Google Meets/MS Teams etc)
- Salesforce or similar CRM
- Zoominfo or similar business intelligence platform knowledge a plus

**Desired Skills (nice to have)**:

- eCommerce knowledge (digital tools and platforms i.e. Shipstation, Shopify, marketplaces etc)
- API & related integration & development

Other: Some travel is required & expected - will attend periodic conferences and trade shows in addition to customer meetings where appropriate.
