Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition you will provide full cycle recruitment support for the assigned business group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, and HR colleagues to develop a deep understanding of the business and its current and future talent needs and identify optimal sourcing strategies.
- Develop and execute custom recruitment strategies for high-volume recruitment projects, and critical and hard-to-fill disciplines across multiple sites and business units.
- Manage the recruitment process through the Applicant Tracking System and update metrics in a timely manner to ensure real-time data is available to key stakeholders.
- Maintain, analyze, and leverage recruitment and talent metrics and reports to inform sourcing strategies and drive recruitment activities.
- Stay informed of current and trends and innovative recruitment techniques to help further advance our competitive position in the marketplace.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure that they are in par with industry best practices.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of progressive end-to-end talent acquisition experience working within B2B environments (Supply Chain, Warehousing and/or Transportation)
- Bilingualism - English and French (Verbal and Written) required
- A proven ability to manage high volume hourly recruitment activity within extremely competitive markets.
- Significant practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to build networks and source talent leveraging innovative methods and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills; ability to shift gears quickly.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills: ability to influence without authority, build strong relationships at all levels, and develop networks across the organization.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and collaborative
- Experience working in unionized environment as asset.
