Within the Direct Sales Channel we have three unique roles; Lead Qualification, Customer Acquisition Specialist, and Inside Sales Executive. The DHL High Performance Sales Program (HPSP) is looking for a highly **motivated** individual** who is ready to elevate their career. What you’ll do;
- Hunt for new business through cold calling
- Leverage our in house CRM system to qualifying warm and hot leads
- Develop new and existing business opportunities through effective pipeline management
- Increase your close rate to meet sales targets
- Engage with customers at all different levels of the organization, understanding their needs, resolving pain points and delivering value propositions
- Collaborate with peers and internal partners to bring the best service to your customers

Le DHL High Performance Sales Program (HPSP) est à la recherche d'une personne très motivée, prête à faire progresser sa carrière. Vous appliquerez, apprendrez et construirez sur vos bases de vente et serez introduit aux meilleures ressources de leur catégorie qui vous permettront de vendre du point de vue de l'acheteur, faisant de vous un expert en la matière. Vous serez responsable du cycle de vente de bout en bout qui comprend la connexion, l'engagement, la conversion et la fidélisation.
**Ce que vous ferez**:
- Rechercher de nouvelles affaires par le biais d'appels à froid
- Exploiter notre système CRM interne pour qualifier les prospects chauds et froids.
- Développer des opportunités commerciales nouvelles et existantes grâce à une gestion efficace du pipeline.
- Augmenter le taux de conclusion des ventes pour atteindre les objectifs de vente
- Engager le dialogue avec les clients à tous les niveaux de l'organisation, en comprenant leurs besoins, en résolvant les problèmes et en proposant des solutions de valeur.
- Collaborer avec les pairs et les partenaires internes pour offrir le meilleur service à vos clients.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- College/University Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior sales experience, inside or outside is an asset
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Highly achievement oriented and customer satisfaction focused.
- Proficient with technical computer software skills (Microsoft).
- Strong communication, problem solving and information seeking skills.
- Flexibility to interact and cooperate with all employee and Customer levels.
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
