**Responsibilities**:

- Weekly follow up on open and uncompleted tickets.
- Take calls from the general line for service tickets or MACDs.
- Follow dispatch and escalation processes.
- Make and turn in order returns weekly.
- Make and submit monthly reports every month and quarterly report every three months.
- Provide requested quotes to the customer.
- Close and invoice orders monthly.
- Update customer files in the software.
- Make appointments with customers and technicians for work to be done.
- Open and process customer requests. Communicate with the customer when they have questions. Follow up on orders.
- Work with multiple departments to ensure excellent service.

Skills and Requirements
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent oral and written French.
- Skills and abilities desired. Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of File Maker an asset.
- Bilingualism is a must (French and English)

En tant que membre de l'équipe de l'expérience client, le conseiller de l'expérience client est le premier point de contact avec nos clients et aidera les clients à répondre à leurs demandes reçues par divers canaux de communication : téléphone, courriel, billets, etc. Il participera activement à l'analyse, au dépannage et à la résolution des problèmes. Le conseiller en expérience client fournira un service exceptionnel aux clients et dépassera leurs attentes.

**Responsabilités et missions**:

- Offrir un excellent service rapide et professionnel aux clients par téléphone ou par courriel.
- Faire un suivi des billets ouverts et non complétés chaque semaine.
- Prendre les appels de la ligne générale pour des billets de service ou de MACs.
- Ouvrir des billets à la suite des appels et courriels avec toutes les informations nécessaires et les répartir aux groupes de techniciens ou aux sous-traitants appropriés.
- Classer les courriels et les documents liés au billet dans Q360 et Outlook avec le numéro du billet inscrit.
- Suivre les processus de répartition et d’escalade.
- Répondre aux questions par téléphone et par courriel.
- Faire et remettre le retour de commandes chaque semaine.
- Faire et remettre les rapports mensuels chaque mois et le rapport trimestriel aux trois mois.
- Fournir les soumissions demandées au client.
- Faire la fermeture et la facturation des commandes chaque mois.
- Mettre à jour les dossiers clients dans le logiciel.
- Prendre rendez-vous avec les clients et les techniciens pour les travaux à effectuer.
- Ouvrir et traiter les demandes du client. Communiquer avec le client lorsqu’ils ont des questions. Faire les suivis des commandes.
- Travailler avec plusieurs départements pour assurer un excellent service.

Compétences et exigences
- Expérience en service à la clientèle, préférablement dans un centre d’appel.
- Excellent français, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Compétences et habiletés souhaitées. Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Connaissance de File Maker un atout;
- Bilingue (français et anglais).
