**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the hiring process from start to finish ensuring approved processes and standards are followed and ensuring that Ainsworth values and culture are embedded into each step.
- Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with key business partners to understand current and upcoming requirements to build a plan on how to effectively recruit for positions within your area of responsibility.
- Proactively research, source, screen and maintain a talented and diverse pipeline for open and upcoming roles across all areas of business.
- Build and maintain good relationship, business knowledge and satisfaction with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate next stage interviews with the Talent/HR team
- Network with industry contacts via events, meet-ups, trade groups, social-media, and employee referrals.
- Experience with online job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed and Jobillico is an asset.
- Be an active member of intake meetings with hiring managers.
- Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced and high volume-recruiting environment.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English.
- Demonstrates ability to drive the recruiting process and act as a pipeline manager.
- Competence working both individually and as a team member.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and work with highly confidential information.
- Acts independently the full spectrum of talent acquisition services for all partners.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite knowledge/experience and ATS, HRIS.

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer le processus d’embauche du début à la fin en veillant à ce que les procédures et les normes approuvées soient respectées et à ce que les valeurs et la culture d’Ainsworth soient intégrées à chacune des étapes;
- Planifier et participer à des réunions de planification stratégique avec les principaux partenaires d’affaires afin de bien comprendre les exigences actuelles et futures pour établir un plan sur la manière de recruter de façon efficace pour les postes qui relèvent de votre domaine de responsabilité;
- Rechercher, sélectionner, évaluer et maintenir de manière proactive un bassin de personnes talentueuses et diversifiées pour les postes à pourvoir maintenant et à venir dans tous les domaines d’activité;
- Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations, une connaissance des affaires et la satisfaction de toutes les parties prenantes;
- Coordonner les entrevues de l’étape suivante avec l’équipe des talents/des RH;
- Réseauter avec des contacts du secteur et des personnes recommandées de membres du personnel lors d’événements, de rencontres et de groupes professionnels et sur les médias sociaux;
- Savoir utiliser les sites d’emploi en ligne comme LinkedIn, Indeed et Jobillico est un atout;
- Participer activement aux réunions de préparation avec les responsables du recrutement;
- Appuyer d’autres initiatives de recrutement, selon les besoins.

**Formation et compétences**
- Au moins trois ans d’expérience en recrutement dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu et où le volume de recrutements est élevé;
- Parfaitement bilingue, français et anglais;
- Faire preuve d’une capacité à mener le processus de recrutement et à agir en tant que gestionnaire du bassin de talents;
- Capacité à travailler aussi bien de manière autonome qu’au sein d’une équipe;
- Faire preuve d’une capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à travailler dans un environnement au rythme soutenu et à travailler avec des renseignements hautement confidentiels;
- Agir de manière indépendante sur l’ensemble des services d’acquisition de talents auprès de tous les partenaires;
