**Supporting Partnerships**: VP Sales & Operations, District Manager & Area Managers

**Requirements & Responsibilities**:
The Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- stores, office, and warehouse along with external partners).
- Educating and coaching stakeholders on recruitment processes and tools.
- Verifying completed requisitions against month-end reporting.
- Maintaining central tracking documents as requested.
- Protecting the health and safety of our people, communities, and our environment.
- Identifying points of connectivity and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage job postings on internal and external job boards.
- Support hiring managers with interviews.
- Conduct job fairs and career events.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Entry level position
- Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources will be considered an asset
- One year of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and BambooHR an asset
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Experience in a retail business an asset
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, initiative, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Passionate about delivering high-quality service
