As a Regional Trade Development Manager you will be responsible for developing regional trade marketing plans which deliver upon both Brand strategies as well as customers goals to support the achievement of regional objectives. Be internal sales lead central point of contact for all trade development activity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop channel specific business plan in collaboration with sales leads with execution goals and tracking in accordance with supplier strategic objectives
- Translate consumer brand strategy at the regional level
- Establish monthly/quarterly execution priorities, goals and tracking
- Foster relationships with supplier contacts and key accounts critical to business
- Manage regional retail budgets
- Present business analysis to key accounts as necessary
- Identify and propose solutions to competitive activity
- Assess effectiveness of market investments and redirect accordingly.
- Develop, manage and deliver against channel specific incentives
- Develop monthly and quarterly selling tools against focus areas
- Develop and deliver channel execution and channel activity calendar
- Organize monthly and quarterly meetings with sales teams to communicate and provide clarity to the business plan
- Sales call participation for purpose of trade intelligence and sales support
- Manage sampling budget and execution
- Participate in driving company digital strategy agenda
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years marketing experience preferably within a fast moving CPG company
- Budget and/or P&L experience with major CPG company
- Excellent planning and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical and influencing skills
- Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic brand marketing and finance skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross functional teams
- Excellent MS Office skills
