The Admin/Cleaning Assistant will work collaboratively with other administrative staff and the Respiratory Therapists in the clinic, as well as other admin / staff across Coastal Sleep.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- work independently and collaboratively with other office staff and company locations
- ensure cleanliness of medical equipment
- data entry into online medical records database
- manage inventory (unpacking of boxes)
**Qualifications**:
- ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication with accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to work both independently and as a team member
- experience in medical/other office administration an asset; no prior knowledge of Sleep Apnea is required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
