**About the Role**

At an exciting time to join Score’s Edmonton team, we are looking for a Repairs Administrator to support our growing, fast paced repairs team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic team. This role reports directly to the Repairs Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Provide support to the repairs team and site services.
- Process client and supplier purchase orders.
- Expedite required purchase orders.
- Update 20:20 system and ensure all electronic filing is up to date.
- Enter timesheets for contracted sites and non-contracted sites.
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Invoice all completed jobs and ensure all invoicing is done prior to month end.
- Open new jobs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with other departments in a respectful and clear manner.
- Administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, phone system management, and photocopying.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- High School Diploma, supplemented with 2-3 years of related industry experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.

**Behaviours and Skills**
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Strong communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Results motivated
