We are a growing company with a young and dynamic team, looking to add an ORDER DESK REPRESENTATIVE responsible for providing administrative support to the sales teams.

This is a permanent, full time position in LaSalle (Montreal).

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Process customer invoice, arranging payment & delivery accurately and efficiently
- Enter order details into the system
- Communicate with customers to confirm order information and address any missing information or inquiries
- Coordination with customer and vendors to ensure order fulfillment
- Daily data entry of inventory in inventory system
- Entering transport bills in accounting system
- Filing
- Other related clerical duties

**Required Skills**:

- Bilingual written and verbal, English/French
- 2 or more years of related experience
- Computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Office, i.e. Outlook and Excel
- Demonstrate a strong desire to satisfy the customer’s needs

Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein à LaSalle (Montréal).

**Fonctions**
- Traiter les factures des clients, organiser le paiement et la livraison de manière précise et efficace.
- Saisir les détails de la commande dans le système
- Communiquer avec les clients pour confirmer les informations relatives à la commande et répondre à toute information manquante ou demande de renseignements.
- Coordination avec le client et les fournisseurs pour assurer l'exécution de la commande.
- Saisie quotidienne des données d'inventaire dans le système d'inventaire
- Saisie des factures de transport dans le système comptable
- Classer les documents
- Autres tâches administratives connexes

**Compétences requises**:

- Bilingue écrit et verbal, anglais / français
- 2 ans ou plus d'expérience connexe
- Compétences informatiques (Outlook & Excel)
- Démontrer une volonté de satisfaire les besoins du client
