- Directing motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or light batons as necessary
- Controlling traffic flow while ensuring the safety of guests, vehicles, and the parking area
- Assisting guests with the automated parking gate system
- Lifting, positioning, and removing barricades and signs to open or close parking areas
- Monitoring surroundings to detect potential safety hazards
- Maintaining cleanliness of work area
- The ability to walk and/ or stand for long periods of time while work in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays daytime, evening & weekends
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations appropriately
- The ability to work with the public and clients.
