**Customer Service**:
**Job Summary**:
The Parking Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining a seamless and positive parking experience for our customers. This position requires a commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with parking inquiries, directions, and any other needs.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collect parking fees accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor parking lot activity to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Conduct regular vehicle counts and reports.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents to security or management.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Ability to assist other departments when requested.
- Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights.
- Keep vehicle traffic moving as needed to avoid backups.
- Attend training classes as directed by supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Considerations**:

- **Training**: On-the-job training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all aspects of the job.
- **Scheduling**: Shifts may vary.
