We are seeking a skilled Parking Lot Supervisor - Operations Coordinator to join our team at Koch Ford Lincoln Sales (2003) Ltd.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of parking lot attendants, ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling work and coordinating activities with other departments
- Supervising and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Managing staff assignments and workload
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field
- A valid driver's license
- Criminal record check
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
