Office Assistant

Tasks will include assisting the accountant and office administrative tasks as needed.
**Responsibilities, duties, skills and qualifications**
- The ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Good data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with the general principles of accounting transactions such as accounts payable / receivable.
- Balancing subsidiary accounts to reconcile accounts.
- First line computer technical support technician / network monitoring.
- Basic knowledge of HTML coding / website programming / social media platforms.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records, databases, filing and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Create and maintain database for wool / shareholder accounts, inventory & organizing local freight.
- English mandatory, Bilingual English/French is preferred.
