- **About the role**:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Clerk is involved in the recording and accounting of accounts payable transactions for the Glencore Group's North American copper operations.
- **More specifically, you will be tasked with**:

- Actively participate in the purchase-to-pay cycle through the following activities:

- Analysis of accounts and transactions whose payment deadlines have been exceeded, with a view to identifying, analyzing and taking the corrective action required to ensure the completion of invoice processing.
- Support suppliers in using the platform and invoice management system.
- Preparation and analysis of various reports related to the payables cycle.
- Participate in the department's business improvement process, as well as in accounts payable system update projects;
- Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve departmental objectives.

**Skills**:

- Holds a DEP or DEC in accounting or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of SAP and Coupa software (asset).
- Demonstrates attention to detail and data analysis skills, able to adapt and evolve in a dynamic environment.

**Languages**: Bilingual (French and English)
