**Accounts Payable Clerk - Sports Experts**

As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will attach invoices to receipt vouchers, verify them and record them in the accounting system according to established procedures. If necessary, you will contact the relevant stakeholders to validate or resolve any disputes.

**What you’ll do**
- Print incoming invoices and receiving reports
- Attach each invoice to its receiving report and verify that there are no price or quantity discrepancies
- In the event of a discrepancy, follow established procedures and contact specific stakeholders as required
- Record invoices and debit notes in the system for each purchase order and record comments to explain variances where applicable
- Record each order transaction for e-commerce in the Excel file created for this purpose for further analysis and follow-up
- Perform various validations and analyses in relation to invoices received for e-commerce orders
- Review the EDI invoice exception tool for invoice failures and inform the vendor to correct and resend or depending of the reason, correct and resubmit the invoices
- Miscellaneous filing and other related tasks

**What you bring**
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written
- Good communication skills
- Strong work organization skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tact
- Secondary school diploma
- Ability to work independently while maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Have a sense of initiative
- Able to work under pressure and meet occasional tight deadlines
- Intermediate level of Excel
