**Job Summary: Operations Clerk**

Assist several departments in daily operations.
- Assist with the daily tasks of the Accounts Receivable department
- Send billing to customers daily
- Filing documents
- Assist with customer collection tasks
- Perform warehouse tasks as needed
- Assistance in receiving goods
- Make order assembly
- Place the material received in the appropriate locations
- Support the service department
- Take emergency calls
- Place service calls in the system
- Make the appropriate follow-ups with customers
- All other related tasks

Required skills

Comfortable with the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Bilingualism

Good adaptation capacity

Have a good team spirit

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
