**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for unloading trucks with forklift and receiving duties. This role is also responsible for operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operate the forklift in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment
- Unload trucks with forklift and receiving duties
- Count and verify freight to manifest
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and area
- General material handling duties for a wide variety of materials
- Transfer loose tires onto racks and stack racks
- Reload racks of tires for outbound
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:

- Safety conscious with a good safety record
- Warehouse/distribution experience handling many different types of material
- Physically able to manually lift maximum of 75 pounds
- Good organizational skills
- Service-oriented
- Must have good organizational skills
- Ability to work independentlyMust have good low light vision and excellent depth perception
- Proficient in spoken and written English

**WORK EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED**:

- 2 years of related experience**EDUCATION**:
