**Responsibilities**:
You will be involved in all aspects of production of our custom, unique, displays:

- Complete custom builds of retail displays, tradeshow booths and signage using a variety of materials: steel, aluminum, plastic, ACM, wood, glass, etc.;
- Ability to carefully follow project drawings, ensuring all tolerances are met;
- Regularly using hand tools and CNC equipment (routers, saws);
- Wire low voltage (12 v/24 v) lighting components (on job training provided);
- Maintain production area in line with 5S standards;
- Complete quality control procedures on work you and your teammates complete; and
- Assist finishing side as needed (marking, cutting, grommeting, etc.)

We are looking for someone with considerable experience building custom displays. If you do not have the experience in the required section, we will be unable to proceed with an interview.
- **Required**_
- Hands-on building experience of tradeshow booths, pop up shops, retail displays or other experiential marketing assets (2+ years required);
- Completely fluent with written and verbal English;
- Strong work ethic and desire to improve/learn;
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and an ability to propose solutions to unexpected challenges;
- Ability to work long-hours when needed to complete custom builds for deadlines;
- Experience reading blueprints and ability to follow instructions and/or drawings with mínimal supervision, making sure all tolerances are met (3+ years required, 5+ years preferred);
- **Preferred**_
- Experience overseeing projects and work completed by others (1+ years preferred);
- Welding experience and tickets (preferred, but not required); and
- Forklift certification (preferred, but not required)

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 44 per week
