Office and Billing Administrator

The incumbent will be responsible for office administrative and billing tasks for the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at the Civic campus.
- Office administration tasks(i.e. reception, mail/fax distribution, supplies)
- Track and review billing sheets daily, reply question/request from billing agent
- Prepare billing report from EPIC system
- Coordinates, supports and attends meetings as required
- Organizes and coordinates events as required
- Coordinate and complete documentation related to the onboarding of new staff
- Contact TOH Facility, Housekeeping, Moveline etc.. maintain the department environment.
- Other tasks from OCHAA manager

**BASIC REQUIREMENTS**:

- Applicable College diploma or a minimum of 2-year previous administrative experience
- 1-year Billing experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft TEAMS, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in speaking, writing and comprehending English; French would be an asset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills required to work independently
- Highly dependable and conscientious
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly dependable and demonstrates initiative
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information

**Salary**: $24.28-$26.03 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
