We are Canada's premier all natural, clean-burning candle company, seeking to expand our Wholesale Business Development Team in the Collingwood and GTA markets. As a Wholesale Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing existing ones, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with our customers. Serendipity offers the largest collection of soy candles in addition to custom pour and design options, all presented in our appealing colour catalogue.

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, accountable, adaptable, customer-obsessed with a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales and are very comfortable prospecting for new business

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of new clients.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Expand your network and promote our products.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and sales activities.
- Attend trade shows.
- Assist in the growth of our retail strategy.

**Prospecting Strategy**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while at the same time contributing to the overall culture of the organization.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment.
- Comfortable using technology as a prospecting tool.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Compensation**:
Base salary of 45k with OTE of 72k, including commissions (New Business Commission, Existing Business Commission, Annual New Account Bonus) and benefits.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
