Collingwood Nissan is a family owned business that has been customer service focused since day one. Our goal is to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner, making the vehicle purchase and servicing experience a pleasure for our customers. Our team consists of long serving employees that are very knowledgeable, with years of experience in the Automotive Industry, but also includes newcomers that are eager to learn and grow as professionals in the automotive industry.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Representative at our dealership, you will selling both new and used vehicles to the public.
- develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- provide customers with detailed information on our products and services
- accompany customers on test drives
- prepare payment, finance & lease options.
- consistently develop your knowledge through training courses, both online and occasionally offsite
- utilize our CRM system to track activities and customer interactions for follow up
- provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

**Skills**:

- strong verbal and written communication
- high degree of organization
- time management
- exceptional customer service skills
- experience in automotive sales is beneficial

**Requirements**:

- You must have or obtain an OMVIC license
- You must be legally be able to work in Canada
- You must already live in Canada
- must be able to work on Saturdays

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Collingwood, ON L9Y 4P4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Drivers Licence (required)
