**Nature and Scope**

The FC will work on various projects within a versatile team where all your skills will be put to good use. As the FC, you will work closely with subcontractors and internal resources to restore community homes following disasters such as fires and water damage. As the Field Coordinator, you will be working alongside the Project Coordinator to complete multiple projects on time, on budget and to the best quality possible.
- Serve others within your community in their time of need.
- Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property.
- Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage).
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology.
- Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others.
- Manage 20-40 projects at one time.
- Manage rebuild projects from $3k to $750k.
- Managing repair projects from start to finish.
- Follows and creates urgency around project schedules.
- Holds Subcontractors accountable to work orders and schedules.
- Monitor quality control on all projects.
- Complete projects within specified timeframes.
- Meet operational objectives of Sales, Cost Controls, Schedules, and Brand Experience
- Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Participate in local community events.
- Build relationships with key customers - direct and B2B.
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and trades professionals.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**

To be up to the exciting challenge of this Field Coordinator role, you must have a professional profile that includes:

- More than 5 years’ experience in multi-project coordination in a field setting.
- A basic understanding of the restoration industry would be an asset.
- Experience in holding subcontractors accountable to Work Orders & quality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team player skills.
- The ability to handle conflict and think on your feet.
- Must be able to make confident decisions and defend them to others.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize.
- Highly advanced ability to influence, persuade and negotiate project resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Highly advanced ability to develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and quality driven
- Highly advanced ability to manage relationships and expectations.
- Possesses a continuous improvement and quality mindset along with a desire to continuously seek and incorporate best practices and technologies in order to optimize project delivery and deliver value to the client.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable vehicle.
- Must provide a clean criminal background record.
