Outbound Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Identify and qualify leads through telemarketing and inside sales techniques
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Familiarity with the HVAC industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
This is a commission based salary work as little or as much as you want. Percentage of commission is dependent on how much is sold the type of equipment that is sold.
**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance
**Salary**: Up to $54,038.00 per year
