At Sprig we are fast evolving and fast moving. We are seeking an experienced Education Sales Representative to join our team. The Education Sales Representative must be highly motivated and driven to succeed with strong customer facing skills.

**Role**:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting, pursuing leads, qualification, overcoming objections and working prospects through the sales funnel to successfully close new business.
- Strategically manage leads, qualify prospects, and coordinate sales efforts with company leadership to generate new business.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Taking ownership of creating and maintaining real-time sales forecasts to support the business goals and objectives.
- Being a trusted advisor to the leadership team in tracking key performance indicators such as prospect interactions, contacts, follow-up activity, demos and trials, sales funnel reporting by stage.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Identify advantages and compare organization’s products/services.
- Maintain strong, ongoing working relationships with existing customers in order to enhance the customer experience resulting in future sales and referrals.
- Collaborate regularly with CEO, CTO, and product team to contribute ideas for strategizing and executing sales opportunities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with marketing and product team to develop and implement new campaigns.
- Identification of new opportunities in expanding markets and tracking progress on sales platform..
- Thoughtfully plan outbound campaigns in strategic districts to generate new prospects.
- Attain and aim to surpass sales goals, with the proven ability to develop and build customer relationships to maintain and expand market penetration.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Successful completion of Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, business, education, or other related field.
- Some K-12 classroom experience and/or experience in a related educational field is an asset.
- Successful sales track record with documented lead development.
- Demonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technology skills and abilities.
- Familiarity with Mac OS and Apple eco-system is considered an asset.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Experience as an Inside Sales, or Business Development Representative (BDR) is preferred.
- Experience with Hubspot is considered an asset.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen.
