**Summary of responsibilities**:
**What you need to succeed**
**To qualify for the position, you must have**:

- Successful completion of a college diploma or university degree with specialization in Project Management, Business Administration, Logistics or another relevant discipline related to the duties of the position.
- A minimum of four (4) years experience in the areas of supply chain management, logistics, deployment, scheduling, planning and overseeing projects that include the delivery and installation of high tech equipment.
- Knowledge of the theories, principles and practices of project planning, estimating as well as budget and contract management.
- Experience interfacing with a variety of different project stakeholders to develop a detailed work breakdown structure and facilitate project planning.
- Knowledge or experience with various Airport security screening technologies or baggage handling systems.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

- Ability to effectivity liaise and communicate status and scheduling matters in a clear, concise, and easy to understand manner, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to engage, coordinate, and monitor team members and key stakeholders to deliver required tasks/deliverables.
- Ability to analyze, document and provide recommendations.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a time-sensitive environment.
- Team player who also has the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and creative problem-solving.
- Meticulous and thorough.

**Valuable skills include**:

- Knowledge of CATSA's mandate and priorities.
- Knowledge of Airport operations, HBS, PBS and NPS systems and functions.
- Knowledge or experience with various security screening equipment technologies.
- Knowledge of equipment installation, commissioning, or maintenance experience.
- PMP certification or similar experience.

**Specific work requirements**:

- Ability to work overtime as required;
- Ability to travel as required
- Language Profile: BBBB;
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; and
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
