**Job description**:
The Channel Sales Manager - Modular Cells and Standardized Products, will achieve sales and profit goals by selling goods and services directly to end users and through resellers/channels. Identifies, approaches, and qualifies key customer and strategic partners and sets short
- and long-term channel strategies. Recommends products or services to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Products related to the Modular Robotic Cells and Standardized Products family composed of Palletizing, Packing, Sorting and Stand-up pouches. More products can be added as development progresses.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Build and deepen relationships with Direct and Channel Partner accounts to create increased sales opportunities
- Identify and acquire new prospects via cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business
- Develop, maintain a sales strategy, and organize quarterly business review (QBR) meetings with Partner accounts.
- Use the business plan as a roadmap for go-to-market program development, including sales goals
- Develop sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop a firm understanding of Systemex Automation solutions and demonstrate to prospective customers and partners
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Support the RFP response process by providing the technical and functional requirements of automated solutions to help complete sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and conclude sales agreements, guaranteeing favorable conditions for the customer and Systemex
- Be seen and treated by Partners as a trusted and valued resource to them
- Collaborate with the field marketing organization to plan, deliver, and manage effective communication and demand generation campaigns for each Partner across the region
- Ensure accurate reporting of key activities and update information in the Hubspot CRM database
- Proactively Schedule webinars with existing partner customer base Reporting to the Director of Global Sales
**Desired skills**:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of business development experience within a technical or automation environment
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Experience and proven results in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and with clients and their executives
- Excellent presentation, customer service, business and negotiation skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to conclude commercial agreements
- Dynamic and entrepreneurial style motivated to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with the use of CRM software (Hubspot), sales tools and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Autonomy and initiative
- Organized as well as an ability to manage priorities and demonstrate rigor in the execution of your work
- Ability to travel substantially
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering or experience relevant to operations would be an asset Experience in automation would be an asset
