We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Full-Time Sales Associate in Store. **What Will You Do as the Sales Associate**:
- Provide excellent customer service to drive store sales.
- Understand customer needs and assist in finding the perfect watch or accessory, while meeting our sales targets.
- Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for each customer, fostering strong customer relationships, repeat business, and enduring customer loyalty.
- Assist with store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks, to maintain an organized and efficient store environment.
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, demonstrating your ability to excel in a retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and a natural aptitude for dealing with people, ensuring exceptional customer interactions.
- Bilingual proficiency in both French and English to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
