**Basement Systems Quebec** is currently looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** to join our diverse and talented team in Laval and surrounding areas.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performance of our sales team. You will play a pivotal role in ultimately driving sales and customer satisfaction

**What you would do**:
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Provide leadership, training and coaching to the sales team
- Evaluate sales KPI, provide daily sales report and sales audits
- Communicate and implement procedures, guidelines and policies
- Quality control of the relationship between sells representatives and customers (follow-up on any issues relating to the representative or the sales itself)
- Ensures the smooth running of the sales cycle, from the first appointment to the end of product installation at the customer's home
- Relay information between the different departments and the sales department
- Ensure our customers have a remarkable sales experience
- Report directly to the General Manager
**The individual must possess**:
- 5+ years proven sales management and leadership experience
- Proven track record in implementing sales systems and programs
- Proven ability to motivate, guide and direct a sales team to reach and exceed business goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficient computer skills, excel and the willingness/ability to learn
- Can work well under pressure
- Organised
- Excellent team player
- Strong analytical and people skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
