Brand Glow Up is a leading event management company dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. From corporate conferences to private celebrations, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and flawless execution.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Staff on an on-call basis. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events by providing top-notch customer service and logístical support for Brand Glow Up, clients and sister companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including prop setup, decor installation, and equipment assembly.
- Serve clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.
- Assist in the kitchen as needed, including food preparation, serving, and cleanup.
- Monitor event spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and safe for guests.
- Assist with crowd control and ensure a smooth flow of traffic throughout the event venue.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints from attendees promptly and professionally.
- Perform regular cleaning and organization tasks to maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
- Assist with all-around event tasks, ensuring a smooth flow of activities.
- Provide assistance with event coordination tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating vendors, and communicating with clients.
- Collaborate closely with other event staff and vendors to coordinate logistics and troubleshoot any challenges that arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the event coordinator or supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Possession of a G license is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts based on event schedules.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.

**Pay & Benefits**:

- Between $16.55 to $25 per hour based on experience.
