**Responsibilities**:

- Follow policies and procedures for document handling, and securing of warranty parts.
- File electronic claims in accordance with each manufacturers policies and procedures.
- Interpret warranty coverage for customers and dealership employees as needed
- Answer telephone inquiries from customers concerning warranty coverage.
- Disseminate new warranty procedures or coverage to Service Manager, Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, Parts Manager and Sales Manager as received.
- Check warranty claim status daily.
- Reconcile credits received for warranty claims weekly.
- Work with manufacturers to resolve warranty disputes and customer warranty issues

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in the Heavy-Duty industry preferred but related industries may also be considered.
- Self-motivated, team oriented individuals who have the ability to perform successfully under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and superior customer service skills.

Pay: From $31.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
