We are a multi-disciplinary team of behavioural therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists and respite care workers, providing in-clinic services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

**We are looking to expand our team in our clinic in Schomberg**

Superminds is looking to hire skilled individuals to fill contract-based Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) positions in our clinic in **Schomberg, ON** and surrounding areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate from a recognized college for a Communicative Disorders Assistant Program
- Registration with CDAAC
- Ability to work cooperatively with clients and their families
- Interest and experience working with the pediatric population, including children on the spectrum
- Communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening (last 6 months)
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance
- **Experience working with children with Autism is considered an asset**

**Job Duties**:

- Provide in-person home-based or clinic-based speech therapy
- Collaborate with team members
