**Description de l'emploi**:
Relevant du chef de zone locale (CZL), le titulaire supervise les activités d'une équipe d'employés de livraison affectés à une installation afin de veiller au respect des procédures adéquates dans la manipulation et la livraison des liasses de relais de courrier, ainsi que dans l'administration des fonds recueillis. Il s'assure que les procédures, les pratiques et les règlements en matière de sécurité, ainsi que les engagements relatifs au service de la Société sont respectés. Il entretient de bonnes relations publiques avec les clients. Il aide le chef de zone locale avec les opérations quotidiennes à l'installation.

**Responsabilités professionnelles**:

- Planifier, diriger et examiner l'exploitation quotidienne d'une unité de travail afin d'assurer le tri, l'acheminement et la livraison efficaces du courrier, conformément aux règlements, procédures et consignes de la Société.
- Planifier les tâches et les assigner au personnel pour assurer le tri du courrier et la dotation de tous les itinéraires; déterminer si l'effectif de relève est nécessaire et autoriser le travail en heures supplémentaires, au besoin.
- Mesurer les distances de livraison aux nouveaux et aux anciens points de remise en fonction des procédés et du système de mesure des itinéraires. Déterminer si les nouveaux points de remise respectent les exigences de service de livraison et proposer des solutions ou des changements à apporter aux itinéraires de livraison si nécessaire. Consulter les agents chargés de la mesure des itinéraires et collaborer avec eux pour apporter des modifications aux itinéraires dans le centre de livraison.
- Évaluer et mettre à jour les itinéraires des employés membres des FFRS à partir d'un système de la Société. Effectuer aussi des observations en route, au besoin, mais au moins deux fois par année.
- Vérifier régulièrement le rendement et l'apparence des employés de livraison sur les itinéraires pour s'assurer qu'ils respectent les itinéraires, le code vestimentaire officiel et les méthodes de livraison appropriées. Former les nouveaux employés pour leurs diverses responsabilités et leur enseigner les nouvelles méthodes et procédures.

- Promouvoir et mettre en vigueur des programmes de santé et sécurité au travail pour l'équipe attitrée. Encadrer et diriger les employés pour les questions de pratiques de travail sécuritaire en vue de réduire la fréquence et la gravité des accidents; mener des enquêtes sur les accidents et faire des rapports sur les incidents. S'attaquer aux problèmes de santé et de sécurité et les résoudre efficacement en temps opportun. Mener des inspections de sécurité et prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires pour rectifier les conditions de travail dangereuses.
- Gérer le procédé lié aux bons électroniques, entrer les données des employés, des volumes et de l'adressage dans les systèmes de la Société, rédiger des rapports afin de surveiller le rendement, déterminer les améliorations possibles, contrôler les coûts opérationnels et atteindre les objectifs.
- Assurer la liaison avec les autres superviseurs et facilitateurs pour veiller à la coordination efficace des opérations et pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels.
- Signaler au gestionnaire les réparations apportées aux bâtiments, au matériel d'exploitation et aux biens; surveiller la situation, faire le suivi avec le tiers approprié et prendre des mesures correctives, au besoin.
- Faire preuve de professionnalisme et s'assurer que l'expérience du client est la priorité dans le cas d'enquêtes et dans le règlement des problèmes et plaintes des clients en matière de service.
- Mener des enquêtes sur les obstacles à la livraison quand le client ne parvient pas à respecter les conditions de sécurité nécessaires (p. ex. boîte aux lettres cassée, chien en liberté, construction). Signaler le problème au client pour qu'il puisse le régler ou pour trouver une autre manière de procéder jusqu'à ce que la condition dangereuse soit réglée. Si le problème ne peut être résolu, prendre des mesures pour suspendre la livraison.
