**As an Admin Assistant (Scheduler) you will**:

- Schedule appointments according to sales agents schedules and availability
- Reschedule missed appointments and put the customers on a priority list to ensure they receive an assessment within 24 hours
- Keep accurate records of all client information

**In order to be considered, you must**:

- Have two years experience in a customer service role
- Have excellent communication skills in order to effectively convey information to customers and internal teams
- Be an extremely detail oriented individual that has the proven ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
- Knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM tool is considered an asset
- Have full time availability Monday - Saturday
