**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Handle payroll tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication channels
- Book service calls & installations

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Pay: $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waterloo, ON N2V 2A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
