The **Team Lead, Central Processing** is integral to the success of the **Client Services** team, and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Central Processing and Processing Analysts who perform imaging, fulfillment, and administrative work. The Team Lead, Central Processing ensures that tasks are completed within established service standards and assists with achievement of service standards and service quality.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- College Diploma or University Degree, 5-7 years of experience with Multi Employees' Pension Plan (MEPP), public sector pension administration, and 2-3 years leading peer reviewing initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in strengthening relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Possession of, or active pursuit of, a Pension Plan Administration Certificate, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program, or Certified Benefits Professionals designation(s).
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Experience coordinating and leading projects.
- Outstanding analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to the role.
- Exceptional judgement, strong team player, thorough, and logical.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing Excel and the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new software programs are essential requirements.

**Once here you will**:

- Organize team activities, including monitoring the workload of direct reports, and reporting on status against the program plan or schedule in accordance with established service standards/policies.
- Regularly compile statistical data, and extract and manipulate data as required.
- Support required system updates and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- Review pension administration activities and identify gaps in processes and knowledge.
- Be a role model and mentor to team members and provide training to new staff.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and assist with recruiting and performance management.
- Act as a backup to the Manager, Performance & Support Services in their absence.
