About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in various tasks and responsibilities encompassing recruitment, administrative duties, and day-to-day operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate in the recruitment process, which includes posting job listings, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, documenting interview outcomes, supporting onboarding procedures, and more.
- Manage, organize, procure, and monitor office supplies efficiently.
- Warmly welcome and register visitors, offer guidance to their designated areas, and ensure they feel comfortable and valued.
- Assist in coordinating team schedules to optimize workflow.
- Arrange travel accommodations for staff members.
- Maintain detailed meeting minutes.
- Process invoices and receipts promptly and accurately.
**Qualifications**:
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English.
- Possession of a college degree or higher education.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a supportive nature.
This position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, with the flexibility of a hybrid or in-person working schedule. Our office is located in Montreal at 4020 Rue Saint-Ambroise (St-Henri).

Nous recherchons un Assistant Administratif expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans diverses tâches et responsabilités liées au recrutement, aux tâches administratives et aux opérations quotidiennes.
Responsabilités
- Collaborer dans le processus de recrutement, ce qui inclut la publication d'offres d'emploi, la sélection des CV, la coordination des entretiens, la documentation des résultats des entretiens, le soutien aux procédures d'intégration, et bien plus encore.
- Gérer, organiser, acheter et surveiller efficacement les fournitures de bureau.
- Accueillir chaleureusement et enregistrer les visiteurs, les orienter vers leurs zones désignées et veiller à ce qu'ils se sentent à l'aise et valorisés.
- Aider à coordonner les emplois du temps de l'équipe pour optimiser le flux de travail.
- Organiser les réservations de voyages pour les membres du personnel.
- Maintenir des comptes rendus détaillés des réunions.
- Traiter rapidement et avec précision les factures et les reçus.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais.
- Possession d'un diplôme d'études collégiales ou d'une éducation supérieure.
- Une attention exceptionnelle aux détails et une nature de soutien.
