ILCO TRANSIT is a transportation and logistics company. We pride ourselves in delivering elite, excellent customer service while creating seamless transportation solutions for our clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Client Relationship Manager to join our logistics and transportation team. This role involves a combination of sales, customer service, and account management skills to enhance client satisfaction, understand their needs, and drive business growth.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage client interactions and sales processes
- Develop and implement strategies to market products or services effectively
- Engage in business development activities to acquire new clients
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding a team towards achieving sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing client relationships
- Strong market knowledge to drive strategic business decisions
- Experience in business development and account management
- Leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate team members
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for the company
- Ability to analyze data and market information to make informed decisions
- Proven track record in sales or client management roles

Key Responsibilities:
**Client Engagement**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct regular in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs, issues, and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell logistics services to clients.
- Present and promote company services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

**Account Management**:

- Monitor client accounts to ensure they receive exceptional service and support.
- Prepare and deliver client performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help shape business strategies.

**Travel**:

- Travel regularly to meet clients in person, using a company-provided vehicle.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.

Qualifications:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in the Transportation Industry

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the industry.

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid Passport
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$350,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- B2B sales: 2 years (required)
