**Responsibilities**:

- Lead planning and communication of the data work during each Unify phase
- Lead onboarding of the System Integration during the Mobilization phase
- As a Specialist this role develops recommendations to aid in decision making
- Responsible to convey highly technical messages in a way that other stakeholders are able to understand and operationalize
- Accountable to ensure execution of data readiness scope and deliverables to meet program timelines
- Leverage data expertise to provide support and input to Unify Functional teams, Business SMEs and the System Integrator for data profiling, extraction, cleansing, conversion and validation
- Accountable for integration and coordination of team members working on data activities
- Coordinate work with the Function team to define the Mock dataset strategy and sequence
- Identify data readiness issues and challenges, provide recommendations to remediate, plan and execute resolution and escalate as required
- Lead in Level 5 process reviews with functional teams to identify any data impacts
- Review Integration Functional Designs and Report Functional Designs to identify any data impacts
- Participate in Conversion Functional Design reviews to ensure the process, data mapping, and data rules are accurately captured
- Facilitate and drive resolution of issues within and across teams with respect to requirements and processes
- Lead execution of data conversion processes across entire data lifecycle to meet program timelines and key dates, including cutovers
- Identify data readiness opportunities for optimization and execution in order to maximize efficiencies, making recommendations
- Support inputs into project status to leadership and stakeholders
- Track and report on data readiness metrics
- May be responsible to oversee a specialized team or day to day operations
- The position will by a key interface with the Unify program, the Sustainment Teams and the BU’s to ensure business data management alignment and engagement. Will provide oversight to the Functional Data team(s) for the GDS release for their workstream. This position will be a key interface with the function team they support (SCM, Finance, or AWM) to ensure alignment, engagement, and adherence to timelines. The role is responsible to the overall Data Lead to escalate issues and ensure project deliverables meet Unify objectives and timelines. Finally, this role will provide direction and oversight to the System Integrator data quality and conversion team.

**Qualifications**:

- Related university degree in Business or Technology
- 10 or more years of related experience with data transformation on large enterprise programs
- Experience with SAP, EBS, Oracle Cloud, or Maximo
- Experience with data standards and data quality reporting
- Able to identify risks and issues and recommend actions to remedy and escalate when necessary
- Proven interpersonal, communication and influence skills applied with technical and functional personnel
- Willing to get into the details to help progress the work and report status
- Able to understand the enterprise wide and Business Unit specific requirements
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project

**Nice to have**:

- Industry experience in energy storage and distribution
- Experience with large scale, complex project go-lives (i.e. cutovers)
- Experience with data transformation on large enterprise programs
- Experience with Internal Controls and mapping to business processes
- Experience with data sustainment and enterprise data governance
