**Responsabilités**
- Effectuer des tâches de saisie de données avec précision et efficacité
- Aider aux écritures comptables et aux tâches de base de tenue de livres
- Aider aux rapprochements bancaires et de comptes
- Saisir les factures dans un logiciel de comptabilité
- Aider aux déclarations de TPS et de TVQ
- Soutenir le personnel de bureau dans des tâches administratives telles que le classement, la copie et la numérisation de documents
- Maintenir l'organisation et la propreté du bureau

**Qualifications**
- Une expérience préalable dans un bureau est préférable
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de systèmes informatisés pour la saisie de données et les tâches administratives
- La connaissance des tâches comptables de base est un plus
- Forte éthique de travail avec un comportement amical
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à hiérarchiser efficacement la charge de travail
- Bilinguisme (anglais et français) essentiel
- La précision et le souci du détail sont essentiels.

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with accounting entries and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Help with bank and account reconciliations
- Enter invoices in accounting software
- Assist with GST and QST fillings
- Support office staff with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office is preferred
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping duties is a plus
- Strong work ethic with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Bilingualism (English and French) essential
- Accuracy and attention to detail is vital.
