Real Estate Administrator

**Job Summary**:
The role of a Real Estate Administrator is to support the department in managing several key functions such as lease accounting, updating budget files, tracking and updating leases, collaboration with other departments, update and maintain insurance files.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Keep Sublease billings up to date
- Keep rent file up to date
- Keep trackers up to date
- Work with finance for reporting
- Track and maintain all real estate contracts
- Track expirations
- Update the property Insurance file
- Follow-up on expired COIs to ensure proper coverage
- Update budget files
- Enter and maintain contacts in all databases
- Collect COIs for vendors and landlords
- Keep facility files updated and organized
- Help organize events
- Update and maintain the filing system
- Make accounting entries in the system
- Perform certain analyses and reports
- Create and monitor monthly results reports, including inputting data and tracking
- Update monthly reports and budgets
- Review and track Accounts Payable coding
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Subtenant files and all duties administrative duties around being a “landlord”
**Qualifications**:
- 3 years experience in real estate or a similar industry
- Bilingual, in French and English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Able to work in a fast paced work environment
- Certifications related to real estate or construction industry (if any)
