- **Position: Expense Analyst**
**Location: Richmond Hill, ON**
Reporting to the Manager, Finance Compensation, the primary purpose of the Expense & Accounting Administrator is to oversee SAP Concur expense system. The successful applicant will have experience in the reporting and administration of employee expenses using SAP Concur. You will leverage your skills to audit and streamline our expense process. In addition, you will be involved in account reconciliations.

- **Key Responsibilities**
- In partnership with the business, manage the expense reimbursement process end to end ensuring compliance to company policy.
- Ensure accuracy of details in submitted expense reports including accurate coding into general ledger and lines of business.
- Intimately understand company expense reimbursement policies and articulate details clearly to internal teams on a timely basis.
- Audit, review and analyze expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training to new users, update user profiles.
- Support Finance GL account reconciliations related to employee expenses. Other reconciliations may also be performed monthly, and quarterly.
- Manage existing controls and suggest new internal controls to improve department accuracy and timeliness.
**Qualifications**
- Experience with the use and administration of employee expenses using SAP Concur.
- High accuracy and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Capable of documenting business processes.
- A general knowledge of basic accounting principles.
