Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of a robust financial reporting structure
  • Process, validate, and reconcile invoices for both accounts payable and receivable
  • Record transactions in the ERP system, including payables, receivables, credit card expenses, bank reconciliations, and online expenditures
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to assess and improve existing processes and systems
Requirements:
  • Combined experience and education in Finance and Accounting
  • Experience in managing day-to-day financial activities such as processing invoices and bank reconciliations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits:

This is a competitive opportunity offering a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and professional development.
