As an Account Manager at Score Promotions, your primary responsibility is to understand the unique promotional and branding needs of your clients. You would work closely with your clients to deliver unique and effective solutions. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:
**Client Communication**:Act as the main point of contact between Score Promotions and clients. Listen actively to their needs, concerns, and objectives to provide personalized service.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Score Promotions' product offerings and how they can be customized to meet clients' branding goals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

**Proposal Creation**: Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling and tailored proposals that address clients' specific requirements. Ensure that proposals align with the client's budget and goals.

**Project Management**: Oversee the implementation of approved projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and according to the client's expectations. Coordinate with internal teams, such as design and production, to meet deadlines.

**Problem Resolution**:Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively. Work to find solutions that maintain a positive client relationship and uphold Score Promotions' reputation for excellent service.

**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide feedback to the team to help refine product offerings and stay ahead in the promotional products and branding industry.

**Documentation**: Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications. Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize client information efficiently.

**Feedback Loop**:Establish a feedback loop with clients to continuously improve services. Gather insights on client satisfaction and use this information to enhance the overall client experience.

**Networking**:Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, generate leads, and represent Score in a positive light.
