**Position Summary**

Account Executive will provide professional and ethical representation of Valcraft Business Solutions to the commercial industry in your territory. We are looking for experienced **Sales and Business Development Managers **to further support our growth. This is primarily an on-site position with the requirement to travel within Canada and the US for business purposes.

**What you bring to the table**:

- 3-5 years of sales experience in professional sales & boardroom selling experience
- Extensive B2B sales experience, previous industry experience would be considered an asset.
- Confidence in managing sales target ranging between $1,3,7,10M in annual sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions
- Strong negotiation skills to confidently and aggressively seek new business
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence
- The desire to ensure the utmost in customer satisfaction
- Focus on closing Sales, passing off all details of the job to assigned Project Manager
- Provide appropriate feedback to Management on client challenges, competitive business practices and other needed business activities
- Be available and connected to the company and the production staff while offsite

**Requirements (if you’ve got these, we want to speak with you)**
- Excellent people skills You love meeting new people and can easily establish relationships
- You’ve got computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A College diploma or University degree in sales or related field
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the print and packaging industry
- English fluency is mandatory, and you must be eligible to work in Canada
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role in same industry preferred

**Benefits**
- Commission is based on percentage of the total sales, and there is no cap on commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
