Achieving our mission of building a more transparent mining industry means setting up our customers to use VRIFY in every aspect of their investor communications. This starts with Sales.

**About the role**

As an **Account Executive**, you’ll play a key role in expanding our business accounts and acquiring new customers. You will own and manage the sales cycle to ensure VRIFY's growth within the mining sector. Once fully ramped you'll have knowledge of our technology and solid business-to-business sales skills.

VRIFY’s Sales Team is small, but mighty. We are building something special, and are right at the beginning of our journey. This role is not for the ‘coin operated’ sales people out there who require perfect systems and collateral at their disposal to thrive. (We’ll get there one day). This role is for somebody who wants to get in on the ground floor and help build the rocket ship.

This role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, Adam Jones.

**Who you are**:

- You understand that selling isn’t about you, or even the VRIFY software, it’s about customers achieving their outcomes.

**About your duties and responsibilities**
- Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline that supports your ongoing quota attainment.
- Achieve your monthly Sales revenue objective by guiding qualified prospects through the buying process, and positioning them to achieve their desired outcomes on the VRIFY platform.
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors

**Required qualifications**:

- 3+ years of selling experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable track record of providing exceptional buying experiences to customers, resulting in consistent sales quota attainment.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Strong ability to develop genuine relationships with accounts and executive sponsors.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed (once it is reasonable and safe to do so)

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience being part of an early stage SaaS business
- Experience with the mining or investor relations industry
- Leadership experience
- Experience using Hubspot and Gong

**Terms of employment**:
