Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team at V-Max Media. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' business goals and challenges.
- Develop tailored digital marketing solutions to address clients' needs and objectives.
- Present proposals and negotiate terms to close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with CRM system and Google Suite
