Technical Service Project Coordinator

As a Technical Service Project Coordinator you will play a crucial part in supporting the Service Manager to ensure that all commercial projects are completed efficiently, on-time and satisfactorily.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule and budget.
- Assist with project estimates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Track project progress
- Aid in budget monitoring
- Provide outstanding customer focus
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Aptitude to anticipate problems, critical issues and opportunities as they arise; along with the capability to creatively problem solve and bring together viable solutions.
- Proven ability to assist with all responsibilities for complex projects.
- Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills.
- Must have experience and/or knowledge of the industry.
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff, as well as with employees.
- Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established work practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction or service industry or equivalent.
