As the Technical Project Manager at Swift Medical, you are critical in the delivery and management of our revolutionary healthcare solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a skilled, experienced and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing enhancements of our SaaS solutions for our valued clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, key prospects and technical support to understand client requirements, communicate needs and roadmaps, and optimize the use of our software.

The Technical Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth, and maintaining a positive company-client relationship. Their ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions is key to the success of both the clients and the company.

**How You Will Make An Impact**:

- Work with customers through the discovery, design, and onboarding on the technical scope and contract deliverables for all Swift Medical’s technical product offering.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their technical needs, integration needs and technical challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide expert-level technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the Product, Support, andSuccess teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

**Implementation and Integration**:

- Lead the technical side of the implementation of our SaaS solutions for new clients, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding process.
- Work closely with clients to understand integration requirements and coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration.

**Process Creation and Improvement**:

- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of internal processes related to client solutions, implementation, and technical support.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving efficiency in client-facing and internal processes.

**Feedback and Improvement**:

- Gather client feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements and updates based on client feedback

**What You Bring To Swift**:

- 7+ years in a similar role in Healthcare
- Working knowledge of Healthcare technologies such as SSO, HL7, FHIR (Smart), EMRs and EHRs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics).
- Proven experience in technical client solutions or support role, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of software implementation, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand the client's business needs and goals
- Proven record of engaging effectively with external customers and meeting KPIs
- Ability to understand and write SQL queries
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive improvements.
